Refund Requests

If you believe that buying a product was not the right decision and the product you purchased isn’t suitable for your needs, we want to make things right. Within 30 days of purchase, DiviExtensions offers a full money-back guarantee on request.

Refund requests should be sent via ticket to our Support help desk. To ensure a quick response, please include a clear explanation of why you are not satisfied. We value your feedback and love to understand how we can improve our products. Please note, no refunds are provided after 30 days from your purchase date.

Refund Exceptions

  • No second refunds are provided if you have already received a refund for the same plugin once before.
  • No refunds are provided for more than 3 different plugins in your purchase history with DiviExtensions. However, if you require multiple licenses, please contact us through our contact form, and we will evaluate an exception to accommodate your specific needs.

Payment of Refunds

Your request will be processed and refunded automatically to your credit card or original method of payment. This generally takes up to 7-10 working days once your request has been approved.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
